Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow up to convert into appointments
Be open to video! We have a weekly video update and want our agents involved
Manage all leads in our contact database system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications
Identify homes that meet prospective buyers’ home search criteria, schedule and assist with showings
Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home buying process
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and oversee the entire process to close
Promote team concept by assuring clients that their agent is well-informed and involved in every step of the process
Learn the teams listing strategy and provide potential sellers with Comparable market analysis and marketing strategy for their property.
Oregon Real Estate License including all license renewal fees, and preferably working experience as a real estate agent. Washington license an added bonus!
Ability to work independently with little management involvement
Have reliable transportation, phone, camera, computer, and internet connection when working from home
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability
Candidates must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
Must be a full time agent with 10%-15% of working hours dedicated to new client generation activities such as client care, follow-up meetings with past clients, or sphere of influence
An upbeat and positive attitude with the willingness to work hard to help both the team and our clients achieve their goals
Be coachable and willing to learn and work within our operational structure
Proficient with technology such as G-Suite, CRM Software, RMLS, Zoom, ZipForms, DocuSign, and more
