John & Melody Hatch, along with their dynamic team can provide you with many useful tools to get the most from your transaction. Just to let you know more about us; John & Melody Hatch began the Hatch Homes Group from the ground up. John is Principal Broker and now part owner of Keller Williams West Portland (the highest producing office in Portland, of ANY brokerage). John also holds the prestigious "CRS" designation and is a Graduate of Realtor's Institute ("GRI" designation) plus has the "ePRO" designation having completed special studies in the use of the Internet for Real Estate. John is also a certified international property specialist (CIPS) and certified distressed property expert (CDPE) as well as an accredited buyer representative (ABR).

Melody was born and raised in Portland and has extensive knowledge of Portland's different regions and history. Melody is also an accredited staging professional and certified negotiation expert (CNE). John and Melody's daughter's Angela and Michele are part of the team too. Angela is a specialist Buyer's agent/Broker and office manager. Michele is the marketing manager and administrative assistant; both Michele and Angela have extensive knowledge of Portland, have Bachelor of Arts Degrees from Portland State University and are very proficient and creative in their work. Barry Woodworth just joined our team as a specialist Buyer's agent as well. He comes from a mortgage background and before that construction, he too has a wealth of knowledge and great connections throughout Oregon and even Washington.

The Hatch Homes Group was also awarded the 5 Star Award for customer service by Portland Monthly Magazine for 2011.
